1. Login to www.yahoo.com.
2. Click your Yahoo username.  (If you're using Yahoo's legacy interface, click Account Info.)
3. You may be asked to type in your password again.
4. You are now at the "Yahoo ID Card" page. At the top right of the "Yahoo ID Card", click  Edit/Create Profiles.
5. (If you are a new Yahoo member, you'll be asked to agree to Yahoo's Terms of Service. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "I Agree" button.)
6. On the Public Profiles page, Click the Edit link beside your Yahoo ID.
7. Click  Edit Profile Information.
8. Enter your name in the following format: 
   Yearbook Lastname, Yearbook Firstname (maiden name)
                       Example: Jones, Mary (Smith). 
   This format simplifies alphabetizing on the Member's page of the Group web site.
9. Under location, enter your city and state.
10. Select the email address where you wish to receive Group email.
11. Click Save Changes.

If you've already got a MyYahoo account, the procedure is almost identical.
